Voters
Hats off to us, the voters, who have decided to take back our power. Instead of allowing the mainstream media to dictate to us which candidate we should vote for, we have taken back our power and are deciding for ourselves. Exhibit A and B: New Hampshire and Iowa. We have more information available to us about the presidential hopefuls than we have ever had. Hooray for technology!!!! Voters are using the internet to look at blogs, you tube, podcasts, vblogs, just to name a few. We are engaging in discussions and ferreting out information about the economy, healthcare, defense, foreign relations, and economic stimulus packages! We are making informed choices about who we want for our next president. Because of all the advances in technology we are less likely to be duped. We are focusing on issues that are important to us instead of allowing the mainstream media to dictate our focus. We are becoming exactly what our forefathers evisioned when drafting the Constitution, an informed electorate. Now that is PROGRESS!
