The “bitter” comment is a Media Generated Issue
Barack Obama is currently being accused by Hillary Clinton and John McCain of being “out of touch with real Americans.” Why are both campaigns jumping on the “bitter” comment. The media is their partner in crime. Because there is a lull in the political environment, the media has jumped on this like bees to vinegar trying to make it stick. Not to mention that the fourth estate (media) is taking its direction directly from the Clinton campaign. The media is overplaying this and the funny thing is that they are admitting that they are overplaying it while they are overplaying it. News Flash main stream media: U.S. Representative of Kentucky, Geoff Davis, recently made this statement “I’m going to tell you something: That boy’s finger does not need to be on the button…….He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country.” Okay, a sitting U.S. Congressman just called a sitting African-American U.S. Senator a “boy.” Are you kidding me? Why is this not in a single news loop covering this election? Even Clinton’s own surrogates see bittergate as a non-issue. Governor of Philadelphia and Clinton supporter, Ed Rendell said yesterday that the ”bitter” comment is not a big deal and will disappear by the general election. Even though his candidate Hillary Clinton is making the opposite argument. Also, by saying that the media generated issue will disappear by the general election….is Ed Rendell saying that Barack Obama will be the democratic nominee?
